“This was very much a solution for a problem that didn’t exist; however, it became my problem and I over engineered a solution. I had always hated how rolls of toilet paper would flop around, so I designed a self centering toilet paper holder with conical nylon bearings - the roll remains concentric to the fixture - and spring tensioned, adjustable drag.”

Commissioned for the exhibition ‘Over Under’ at Marta Los Angeles in September of 2020.
